Thoughtful leadership, disciplined management and a “mission first” approach have helped TSI grow to four times its size over the last decade. Under the stewardship of Mr. Martin and his Leadership Team, TSI has demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and integrity. TSI, a prime contractor on more than 90% of our contracts, has earned a consistent stream of praise from government, military and union officials who work with us.
Scotty R. Martin, Owner, President and CEO
Scotty Martin is responsible for creating, leading, and managing the strategic direction of TSI. Most important, he sets the tone for its corporate culture which has been responsible for TSI’s success: Be of Service. Create Value.
“It’s not worth it to be in business if the company cannot be of benefit to others. I have a responsibility to those with whom I work, to our customers, and to the community. By demonstrating this commitment every day, we can truly improve the lives of others.”
Scotty believes in the value of a mission-first, solutions-focused mindset. Raised in a military family and having served in the military, corporate and federal agencies, he learned that continuous improvement is the cornerstone of customer service and mission effectiveness.
His career of service spans from the U.S. Army, to corporate executive management with a $75M P&L, to various leadership positions in federal service. Throughout, he learned core lessons: There is opportunity in adversity; incremental gains yield positive momentum; and listening for the solution rather than the problem builds immeasurable trust and loyal partnerships.
Scotty is intensely committed to protecting our national security, and treating those who sit on the front lines with dignity. His goal is to humanize the experience of logistics support by providing his government clients with a team that consistently values the men and women they have the opportunity to serve
