TSI provides warehousing and equipment management services for the U.S. Government and Military customers nationwide, focusing on Central Issue Facilities (CIFs), Subsistence Supply Management Offices (SSMOs), Central Receiving and Storage as well as local delivery and facility optimization, and our employees manage the full asset management cycle.
TSI provides bulk and retail fuel management services, including the receipt, storage, and issue of over 5 million gallons of JP8, Diesel and MOGAS annually, working within all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
< TSI operates a Fuels Lab to test fuel from vehicles to ensure that it isn’t contaminated with water or other contaminants. This reduces vehicle maintenance requirements resulting from engine damage caused by contaminated or old fuel. TSI completes these tests prior to every training rotation at Fort Irwin.
TSI’s Material Handling support covers Supply Classes I, II, IIIP, VI, VII, IX, HazMat, and other assets with specialized handling requirements. As the first company tasked with the commencement and management of a CONUS weapons armory, we maintain a rigid chain of custody and security procedures and have 100% serialized inventory accuracy.

TSI provides tactical and commercial maintenance operations at the Field and Sustainment Levels for a variety of vehicles and equipment to include track and wheel, ground support, small-engine, and construction and engineering equipment. Our experience includes Preventive Maintenance / PMCS, troubleshooting, repair, specialized electronic vehicular systems repair (e.g. electronic systems in fire trucks), calibration, TI, and Allied Trades such as welding and fabrication.
Tech Systems Inc. provides Class V conventional ammunition supply point (ASP) services. The principal functions performed are receipt, storage, and issue of ammunition, ammunition components, and ammunition-related material. Other features include safety, inspection, stock accounting, requisitions, stock control, warehousing, salvage, inventory, packaging, and shipment; blocking and bracing; policing and securing magazines; and demilitarization (DEMIL) of selected ammunition residue, components, and inert and dummy ammunition items.
Tech Systems, Inc. provides local (intrastate) transportation services for various Government customers nationwide, including the US Army installation, the Presidio of Monterey. Some services provided include civilian and government Personnel Movement, Employee Shuttle Services, Visitor Transport Services, Asset Movement and Drayage operations while still maintaining reliable, well-maintained, and safe vehicles/buses/trams, as well as friendly, well-trained, and licensed drivers tailored to our customers.
We offer expert tailoring and sustainment services to ensure military uniforms and combat gear meets the highest standards of fit, function, and durability.
TSI specializes in outfitting the DoD’s Warfighter. We provide individualized military uniform tailoring services for recruit/training personnel at several major training bases across the country (Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard). Our uniform tailoring, fittings and alterations are performed with strict adherence to military uniform regulations and are held to 100% quality assurance standards.
TSI provides individual combat equipment (ICE) repair on various military equipment, including IOTVs, ILBE Packs, Shelter Halves, Ponchos, Sleeping Systems, Bivy Covers, Helmet Covers, Gore-Tex Clothing, Cold Weather Parkas and other specialized gear damaged during operations and training exercises for the US military. Our personnel are responsible for repairing assets to MILSPEC while maintaining chain of custody, accurate records, and 100% quality assurance for the Government customer.

TSI provides mail sorting, distribution, and messenger services for various Government customers nationwide. These services include the handling of classified and accountable documents. We provide flexibility in personnel and contractor-furnished vehicles to accommodate changes in schedules and routes and to ensure timely and accurate delivery and handling of Government mail and documents.
TSI provides administrative support services for various Government Agencies. These support services have included office support, file room reference assistance, document scanning, archiving, reception duties, copy center support, and customer service assistance. We provide qualified and courteous personnel with appropriate clearances as well as on- or off-site management to best meet the needs of our Government customers.
